I already have run two billing accounts on the same details, they have been active and taking payments for about 4 years so it's definitely not an issue with my details or bank. But when setting up a cloud account for client using my details for setup, I get hit with this a OR-CBAT-15 error. I verify my card on my banking app, it says Google has also verified my card, and then I get the spinning wheel of death and it hangs. Tried with 3 banks and 3 cards, both Mastercard and Visa.
